Scorecard AI is the leading evaluation and testing platform designed specifically for teams building with Large Language Models (LLMs). We empower some of the world's best AI companies to ship faster, more reliable products by making model evaluation effortless, insightful, and effective.
We’re looking for our first full-time Go-to-Market Lead to help define and execute Scorecard’s customer-facing strategy. This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of the end-to-end customer experience, from initial conversations and product demos through onboarding and ongoing feedback loops. You’ll play a pivotal role not just in landing our first customers, but in shaping the long-term trajectory of Scorecard’s growth and market presence.
In this role, you’ll engage closely with potential and current customers, deeply understanding their needs and pain points, while translating these insights directly into actionable feedback for our engineering and product teams. You’ll own early sales efforts, build out our first sales playbook, and experiment with positioning, messaging, and outreach strategies to clearly communicate Scorecard’s value.
You’ll also collaborate directly with our founding team to refine our product-market fit, pricing strategy, and early marketing initiatives. Your insights and actions will directly inform how we scale our GTM approach, and you'll have the autonomy and resources to test and iterate quickly.
We’re looking for someone who:
Has 3+ years of experience in early-stage sales, product marketing, or product management at a startup
Thrives in ambiguous environments and can comfortably wear multiple hats
Enjoys talking to customers, uncovering their needs, and advocating for solutions internally
Can independently design experiments to refine messaging, positioning, and sales processes
Communicates clearly, listens actively, and builds trusted customer relationships
Bonus points if you have experience with AI, developer tools, or SaaS products with product-led growth motions.
