Scorecard AI engages the third-party entities in the table below to perform limited activities in connection with the Services provided. This page provides important information about the entity name, location and role of each subprocessor. Terms used on this page but not defined have the meaning set forth in the Customer Terms of Service or superceding written agreement between Customer and Scorecard AI (the “Agreement”).


Core Infrastructure Subprocessors

Scorecard AI uses the following subprocessors to support product features and to provide the infrastructure that helps with the delivery of our Services.

Vercel provides infrastructure for Scorecard AI, including Scorecard AI’s user interface and some APIs with Scorecard AI, and processes Customer Personal Data related to Scorecard AI, including personal data related to customer accounts.

Supabase is a third-party hosting provider, and processes Customer Personal Data related to Scorecard AI, including personal data related to customer accounts.

Other Subprocessors

Scorecard AI uses the following subprocessors to perform other Service functions such as handling customer initiated support requests.

Anthropic provides backend support of AI-enabled functionality. No Customer Data will be used to train or improve Anthropic’s artificial intelligence models. Anthropic does not store Customer Data sent through the API on their platform.

Clerk provides authentication services and processes Customer Personal Data related to Scorecard AI and Scorecard AI's products and services.

GitHub provides source code management for Scorecard AI.

Google hosts Scorecard AI’s email and office software applications used to communicate with customers, potential customers, partners, and other individuals.

OpenAI provides backend support of AI-enabled functionality. No Customer Data will be used to train or improve Anthropic’s artificial intelligence models. Anthropic does not store Customer Data sent through the API on their platform.

Stripe provides managed Cloud-based Payment Processing.

Slack provides customer support and communication services and processes Customer Personal Data related to Scorecard AI’s business relationships and customer support activities.

Zoom provides webinar and meeting services and processes Customer Personal Data related to Scorecard AI’s business relationships and customer support activities.

Updates

As our business grows and evolves, the Subprocessors we engage may also change. We will endeavor to provide the owner of Customer’s account with notice of any new Subprocessors to the extent required under the Agreement, along with posting such updates here. Please check back frequently for updates.
